Changes in the 2.3 release:
The pico code has been updated and re-synced with H1kari. This means
we have nice new scripts to help start/manage the card. We are also
using the new pico_e12 driver (included in the pico/external) directory.
The trouble running the RC4 core on certain cards has also been tracked down
(but not currently fixed)

H1k also contribued a little code that makes the Key class addition's
operator go a lot faster.

Also on the WEP cracking front, a PS3 based jc-wepcrack client has
been introduced. Many thanks to hdm for contributing this. Currently
it can only talk to a server running on the same architechture (PS3)
but I hope to fix that in the next release.
